Our mobile brigade takes care of everything, from cooking to serving, so that you and your guests can enjoy the best of the Tower’s gastronomy in a unique setting, yours*!

 

This experience, imagined for you, will be orchestrated by our Executive Chef Yannick Franques, one of the Best Craftsmen in France, who will compose a custom-made gastronomic score with you.  Our Head Sommelier Victor González, will accompany you with the perfect match, choosing for you, if you wish, exceptional bottles from our legendary cellars.

 

This unique moment in your home, will be conducted with brio, by our Maître d’Hôtel, with the natural elegance that is our signature.

Depending on the number of guests, organization and logistic costs will be added to the chosen menus and will be invoiced after the event.

FOOD & WINE PAIRING

Among the three hundred thousand bottles that sleep in our cellars, our Head Sommelier Victor González will select exceptional treasures and great vintages from our legendary cellars, which will be waiting to be served to you.

THE HOLDING OF YOUR RECEPTION

Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will contact you to validate the conditions of organization and preparation of your reception, especially taking into account food allergies.

 

At the end of your reception, your kitchen and your reception room will be left in the same state of cleanliness as when our team arrived.

 

Our team will be on site from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am. Beyond that time, a fixed price of 300 € per additional hour will apply.

 

For all additional wishes, floral decoration for example, do not hesitate to contact us.

 

All the conditions of your reception must be finalized five days in advance.
