The Bar des Maillets d’Argent’s new musical rendez-vous.

JAZZ À LA TOUR welcomes you to the Bar des Maillets d’Argent, in partnership with the Saint-Germain-des-Prés Jazz Festival Paris, a leading name in jazz at the heart of Paris’s artistic and cultural scene for more than 25 years.

Following two opening chapters, each with its own distinctive universe, December invites us to slow down and let time drift. This month, the Bar des Maillets d’Argent presents GOLDEN HOUR, a series of evenings inspired by the softness, elegance and wistful melancholy of jazz.

A trumpeter and singer of rare sensitivity, Robin Mansanti channels the spirit of Chet Baker, capturing both the melancholic breath of his trumpet and the haunting beauty of his voice. Alongside him, double bassist Solène Cairoli weaves an exquisitely subtle dialogue, creating a poetic and timeless universe where every note seems to suspend time.

It was after discovering a video of Live at Ronnie Scott’s that Robin Mansanti decided to become a trumpeter. Since then, he has performed on some of the world’s greatest stages and at numerous festivals, including alongside Caravan Palace at Paris’s Zénith. Acclaimed by the press from the release of his very first album, he is now preparing a highly anticipated second record, due out this month—and will step away from the studio for one special evening with you.
