On the agenda, a 5-course lunch menu and an 8-course dinner menu, co-created by the Chef of the Beaulieu, Rémi Vanpeteghem, and Yannick Franques. For the occasion, they have crafted an exclusive recipe featuring our famous duck: Caneton Charlie Chaplin, a breast rubbed with tien phuoc pepper, accompanied by lime & ginger pat choi cabbage. This exclusive recipe is dedicated to Charlie Chaplin, who stayed at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi during his honeymoon in 1956. It will also be served at La Tour d’Argent in Paris during the same week, in honor of the actor’s repeated visits to our restaurant.
Through this collaboration, La Tour d’Argent and the Sofitel Legend Metropole celebrate both the excellence of French gastronomy and the art of hospitality, 10,000 kilometers away from the banks of the Seine. Vietnam Airlines, the national airline of Vietnam, will be our partner for this unique event and will transport our teams. Maison Camus will also be part of this adventure, contributing to the promotion of French savoir-faire beyond our borders.
