Nestled beside its big sister, La Tour d’Argent, the Rôtisserie d’Argent a lively Parisian bistro with a cheeky, old-school soul steps into autumn with panache. Beneath its iconic red awning on the Quai de la Tournelle, it continues to embody the French art de vivre, blending conviviality, fine wines, and generous plates.
With its red-and-white checkered tablecloths, the Rôtisserie celebrates the season with an exceptional event: the Grand Beaujolais Banquet, to be held on November 20th.
Around one long, shared table, Chef Romuald Sinnan will present a menu inspired by the great Beaujolais tradition: œufs meurette, saucisson brioché, boeuf bourguignon, calf’s liver, and praline tart with blackcurrant sabayon, paired with three Beaujolais Nouveaux carefully selected by Victor Gonzalez, Head Sommelier of La Tour d’Argent.
That evening, guests won’t book a table, but rather a seat at the banquet—a shared feast filled with spontaneous encounters, celebrating the arrival of the new Beaujolais in the true spirit of the Parisian bistro, with a joyful guinguette atmosphere and live music !
