La Rôtisserie d’Argent is entering a new chapter in its culinary journey with the arrival of its new Head Chef, Romuald Sinnan. At 38, this passionate chef from Guadeloupe brings with him a wealth of experience gained in both Parisian and international kitchens.
Trained in both cuisine and pastry, Romuald Sinnan has distinguished himself in several renowned establishments, where he honed his technique and cultivated a rigorous culinary approach. After leading the kitchens at Les Chèvres and later Fitzgerald in Paris, he moved to the United States in 2023, where he served as sous-chef at AUA, a restaurant in Lenox, Massachusetts. There, he deepened his commitment to seasonal ingredients and developed a generous, precise, and accessible culinary style.
Today, he joins the banks of the Seine with a clear ambition: to celebrate regional cuisine and elevate the house’s iconic classics. At La Rôtisserie d’Argent, he aims to highlight the great staples of French gastronomy, while bringing his personal touch inspired by his background and the rhythm of the seasons.
