As emblems of our Restaurant, elevated by ancestral expertise since 1890, our renowned ducks are raised outdoors in the time-honored tradition of Challans in Vendée, feasting on grains and nature’s treasures.


Designed for 4 people, our duck is presented in its Tour d’Argent-stamped box and comes with cooking tips from our Chef Yannick Franques, who will guide you in preparing this recipe to perfection. To make it even more indulgent, the Chef has crafted a collection of salts and sauces to accompany this dish and make it truly unique. Inspired by the historic gastronomic heritage of Tour d’Argent, the Chef has developed three variations : Mazarine with orange, Marco Polo with green pepper, and Mac Arthur with red wine. A collection to season our exceptional duck and achieve a flawless result, worthy of the restaurant… but in the comfort of your home.
