On the menu, a Don Carlos lobster in hot-cold, truffle-diced salpicon, followed by the iconic mystery of the egg. A Daniel Saint poached turbot with dry Vermouth and a poultry smoked with olive wood complete the tasting. To finish, a fresh Perche goat cheese and a “Passion-Vanille à la folie” dessert specially crafted for this unique dinner.
