On this occasion, three renowned mixologists – Rémy SAVAGE, Martell Ambassador and World’s Best Mixologist 2022, Mathieu VELMIR, Head Bartender of Bar des Maillets d’Argent, and Raphaël LECONTE, Head Bartender of Castel Paris – will unveil their creations at the Bar des Maillets d’Argent. These creations will be enhanced by a pairing of gourmet bites and cocktails crafted with Chef Yannick Franques, Best Craftsman of France.
The highlight of this sensory experience will be a tasting of an exceptional cognac : L’Or de Jean Martell, the embodiment of the house’s savoir-faire and the culmination of three hundred years of experience, on the Roof of the Tower, with a breathtaking panorama of Paris.
