The 7th Frédéric Delair Torphy officially launched at la Tour d’Argent

The 7th edition of the Frédéric Delair Trophy was officially launched this morning at La Tour d’Argent, in the presence of André Terrail, President of the Frédéric Delair Association, honorary patron, actor and epicurean François-Xavier Demaison, as well as professionals from the industry and members of the press.

This occasion marked the unveiling of the six pairs selected for the final, which will take place on April 2nd at the École Hôtelière de Paris.

The icing on the Trophy: Chef Pierre Gagnaire joins the adventure as patron of this new edition. A duo of patrons that promises truly outstanding moments !
