The Blue Hour of Jazz at the Tower

Starting October 15, followed by October 22 and 29, The Blue Hour, the season’s opening theme, will pay tribute to the nights of Paris’s Left Bank and to that suspended moment when day gives way to night. Tenor saxophonist and composer Jérémie Lucchese, an emerging figure on the French jazz scene, accompanied by pianist Vladimir Sekula, will revisit a repertoire inspired by John Coltrane, Miles Davis, and Chet Baker, in a subtle dialogue between shadow and light.
