Gaggenau : the art of cooking

To furnish our Apartment – a brand-new intimate haven nestled on the 5th floor of the Tour d’Argent – we have carefully chosen artisans among the best in their field, serving as ambassadors of luxury and ancestral craftsmanship.

In the realm of the kitchen, we entrusted this new space to Gaggenau, where the art of cooking truly comes to life. Established in Germany in 1683, Gaggenau has distinguished itself throughout its history with household appliances that combine ergonomics and elegance. This exceptional kitchen, open to the living room and facing a breathtaking panorama, features the iconic blue color of the Tour d’Argent. It offers our guests cutting-edge technology for home-style cooking overlooking Notre-Dame or the unique gastronomic experience of a dinner crafted by our Chef Yannick Franques, one of the Best Craftsmen in France.

“The Tour d’Argent is an institution. It was evident for Gaggenau to associate itself with this emblem of French cuisine and become part of its history by installing our appliances. We are proud to offer future visitors household appliances that meet their expectations and the quality expected at the Tour d’Argent.”
