Inspired by the iconic lithograph “Rose blanche pour Paris” by Bernard Cathelin, cousin of Claude Terrail, this cocktail pays tribute to the elegance and history of Paris.

Crafted by our talented Head Bartender, Diego D’Agnolo, this exquisite blend combines the delicacy of white tea cordial, the subtle sweetness of rose petals, the character of Gardener gin, and the finesse of Gancia Americano. This refined composition is crowned with a poetic touch: a crystal-clear ice cube encasing a pristine white rose, a nod to the artistry of Bernard Cathelin.

This creation, both elegant and symbolic, is available exclusively at the Bar des Maillets d’Argent from December 10th to 14th. A fleeting experience not to be missed, celebrating Paris and its cathedral in a new light.
