Crafted in the kitchens of La Tour, our pancakes are initially seared in a blend of butter and caramelized sugar infused with fine Champagne from Tour d’Argent. They are then bathed in a mixture of Grand Marnier, Cointreau, and Imperial Mandarin. Fragranced with orange and adorned with delicate orange peels, the ‘Crêpes Mademoiselle’ are presented in a charming glass jar featuring the iconic blue and silver label of La Tour d’Argent.
We take our crepes on Quai de la Tournelle as seriously as tradition itself !
