With its hypnotic sky-blue hue, Nuage first captures the eye before revealing all of its freshness. This creation blends the smoothness of coconut milk with the fruity notes of redcurrant, elevated by clitoria ternatea and a hint of spirulina, resulting in a drink that is light, botanical, and intensely summery.
