Illustrating the reverence our establishment holds for craftsmanship and expertise, this creation comprises a flaky, pure butter puff pastry in the finest bakery tradition. It is generously filled with an incredibly smooth almond frangipane cream, concealing a duck-shaped charm, emblematic of La Tour d’Argent. As a final homage to its elder sibling, the Boulanger de la Tour has delicately placed a small shortbread in the center, shaped like La Tour d’Argent.
