Helena Puolakka & Yannick : an exceptional four-hands collaboration at la Tour d’Argent

As part of the “La Tour en Balade” gastronomic journeys initiated in 2022, La Tour d’Argent continues its tradition of culinary exploration by welcoming a renowned chef for an exclusive collaboration. On March 7 and 8, the Parisian institution will host Helena Puolakka, head chef of Savoy Helsinki, for an exceptional four-hands dinner alongside Chef Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and executive chef of La Tour d’Argent.

Overlooking Notre-Dame, this unique gastronomic event will celebrate the meeting of Finnish haute cuisine and French culinary heritage—a refined dialogue between two rich traditions, where expertise and excellence intertwine for a memorable dining experience.

Two menus will be offered for this exceptional occasion:

  • A lunch at €160 (excluding beverages), an elegant introduction to this fusion of flavors.
  • A prestigious dinner at €450 (excluding beverages), showcasing a meticulously crafted four-hands menu.
