In our brand-new setting, we invite you to enjoy a magical evening to celebrate the ultimate festivity of 2023 !

Join us on 31 December for an enchanted dinner at the top of the Tower, where the creations of Chef Yannick Franques will invite themselves to your table.

The show will begin on your plate, where the noblest dishes will take pride of place in a symphony of flavours, all refined and creative. In the dining room, the French art of living will be fully expressed through the ballet of our Maîtres d’hôtel orchestrated with panache by Stéphane Trapier. Prestigious wines aged in our cellars and carefully selected by our talented Chef-Sommelier Victor Gonzàlez will enhance your dishes.

The highlight of the evening will be the musical ambience provided by Cynthia Queenton, whose voice and swing will enchant you on the last day of the year in the heart of the most beautiful city in the world, transporting you back to the year 2024.
