Launch of the 6th edition of the Delair Trophy

The kickoff for the 6th edition of the Delair Trophy – which highlights the professions of the dining service – took place on Thursday, January 11, at Tour d’Argent, in presence of André Terrail, President of the Association, François-Xavier Demaison, Sponsor for the 2nd consecutive edition, the profession in attendance, the Premium and historic partners such as Metro France and Cafés Richard, all the partners joining the adventure this year, and the entire Delair Trophy team.

Following this conference, the 6 selected pairs for the final on April 4 were unveiled :
