Maître d’Hôtel Trophy 2025 : excellence in service honored

This Saturday, January 25, the Sirha the culinary professions space was the stage for a competition showcasing the precision, elegance, and passion of service. The final of the Maître d’Hôtel Trophy, an exceptional event dedicated to highlighting the fine art of table service, was held under the patronage of André Terrail, Owner and President of La Tour d’Argent.

Six outstanding finalists competed in five public trials, demonstrating their technical skills, sense of hospitality, and ability to elevate the gastronomic experience.

After 3 hours and 30 minutes of intense competition, the jury awarded the prestigious Golden Maître d’Hôtel Trophy to Aurélien Houenard, Chef de Rang at Le Gabriel in Paris. This well-deserved recognition reflects his dedication and talent, embodying the values of excellence and transmission that define our profession.

Through this event, La Tour d’Argent reaffirms its deep commitment to the art of service—an enduring heritage cultivated with rigor for generations.
