Summer has arrived at the Boulangerie de la Tour. Created by our Head Baker, Kévin Derpierre, our organic seasonal breads celebrate the flavours of the season, from olive focaccia to cashew and thyme bread, alongside other creations designed to accompany aperitifs, picnics and fresh summer salads. Crafted by hand each day, these distinctive breads are an invitation to savour the simple pleasures of summer.
