La Tour d’Argent unveils the Claude Terrail cuvée

On the occasion of a unique luncheon held for the first time in the vineyards of Chouilly, in Champagne’s Côte des Blancs, La Tour d’Argent unveiled the Claude Terrail Cuvée, a limited-edition Grand Cru Champagne paying tribute to the man who dedicated his life to the art of hospitality.

Conceived by André Terrail, this cuvée celebrates his father’s legacy through a visual identity inspired by his legendary elegance. The cornflower he famously wore in his buttonhole has become the emblem of this edition, while his signature and portrait, illustrated by Vincent Boudgourd, adorn the bottle.

Crafted in Chouilly by RL Legras, La Tour d’Argent’s historic partner for more than sixty years, this cuvée is the result of a longstanding relationship built on trust, excellence, and a shared commitment to quality, passed down from one generation to the next.

Sourced from some of Chouilly’s finest vineyard plots, it reveals a rich and generous palate, marked by notes of freshly cut hay and lightly toasted bread, leading to an exceptionally refined finish.

Presented exclusively in magnum format—a symbol of sharing and celebration—the Claude Terrail Cuvée is released in a limited edition of just 500 numbered bottles.
