New recipe : Charlie Chaplin Duck

As part of our Gastronomic Week at the Sofitel Legend Metropole in Hanoi, Chef Yannick Franques has crafted an exclusive recipe featuring our famous duck: the “Charlie Chaplin Duckling,” a tender duck breast rubbed with Tien Phuoc pepper, served with bok choy dressed in lime and ginger.

This exclusive recipe is dedicated to Charlie Chaplin, who stayed at the Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi during his honeymoon in 1956. It will also be served at La Tour d’Argent in Paris during this same week in honor of the actor’s repeated visits to our table.
