7th Frédéric Delair Trophy final on April 2, 2026

The 7th edition of the Frédéric Delair Trophy, France’s leading competition for service and table arts, will reveal its winners on April 2, 2026, at the École Hôtelière de Paris CFA Médéric. This prestigious contest celebrates the elegance, precision, and savoir-faire of young talents from hospitality schools across France and the overseas territories. Under the honorary presidency of André Terrail and the patronage of François-Xavier Demaison and Pierre Gagnaire, six finalist pairs will face demanding technical and creative challenges, including table arts, cheese presentation, coffee mastery, mixology, and signature service workshops.
