The new yule logs from the Boulanger de la Tour

For the 2025 holiday season, the Boulanger de la Tour unveils two new creations signed by Yannick Franques, Chef of the Tour d’Argent and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and Mourad Timsih, Executive Pastry Chef.The house highlights two essential pairings: the indulgence of chocolate and pear, and the elegance of vanilla combined with citrus fruits.
  • The PoireChocolat Yule Log reveals a glossy dark chocolate glaze, chocolate biscuit, praliné crunch, pear crémeux and compote, along with a 46% milk chocolate mousse.
  • The Mademoiselle Yule Log, a variation of the Tour’s iconic dessert, brings together vanilla biscuit, lime crumble, mandarinyuzu crémeux, orange compote and vanilla mousse under an orange glaze.
Both creations are available individually for €8.50 and as a 6-serving log for €47.
