Yesterday, the final of the 6th Edition of the Trophée Delair took place at the Ecole Hôtelière de Paris, chaired by André Terrail, sponsored by François-Xavier Demaison, and supported by Senator Catherine Dumas. It was an extraordinary final that saw 6 finalist pairs from all over France, selected based on their applications, compete. Anaïs Vandelannoitte and Laura Felten from the Raymond Mondon High School in Metz emerged as the winners after the challenges.
Supported by historical premium partners Les Halles Métro and Cafés Richard, this adrenaline-filled day unfolded before an exceptional jury, where the skills and demeanor of the young pairs were observed.
On its 10th anniversary, the Trophée Delair is delighted to continue its mission of valorizing service professions and thus promoting the art of hospitality the French way.
