The Boulanger de la Tour’s Galette des Rois

From December 26 onwards, the Boulanger de la Tour invites guests to extend the festive season with its traditional galette des rois.

A refined indulgence that graces January tables and celebrates Epiphany in the purest respect of the House’s savoir-faire.

Beneath its delicately golden puff pastry, the frangipane galette reveals a generous almond cream, a true homage to French pastry tradition.

This creation bears a distinctive signature: a spiced biscuit adorned with the emblem of La Tour, a subtle nod to the Finnish roots of its owner, André Terrail.

Hidden within, porcelain fèves, exclusively illustrated by Vincent Boudgourd, the House’s official artist, celebrate craftsmanship, festivity, and pay tribute to the iconic duck—an enduring symbol of La Tour d’Argent.

A sweet interlude to be savoured throughout January, where every slice may just unveil a crown… and a moment of shared pleasure to remember.
