The grand soirées that have marked the history of our House are reflected in our new cocktails, celebrating that golden age when festivities were endless. With these new exclusive creations, we sought to capture the essence of unforgettable nights when celebrities from around the world came to savor our dishes.
Inspired by the Tour’s archives, the names of our famous ducks, and the autographs displayed in the black room, where the names of our distinguished guests are immortalized, we have christened this brand-new collection. Each cocktail pays tribute to an icon, such as the Belmondo – blue goat liqueur, cognac, absinthe – an essential actor who was a regular guest and dear friend of our House; the Schiaparelli – hibiscus, raspberry, aquavit – iconic fashion designer, who attended a grand dinner at the Tour in 1949, alongside fashion giants such as Chanel, Dior, and Balenciaga; the Rubirosa – Porfirio Rubirosa – coconut, rum, soda water – a flamboyant seducer, diplomat, and shrewd businessman, close friend of Claude Terrail, who cherished nothing more than high society life; and the Callas – Dolin blanc, genepi, tarragon, olive oil – dedicated to the famous Greek opera singer who honored us by dining at our table several times, especially between 1950 and 1960.
