For decades, we have enjoyed a special relationship with Christofle, the undisputed benchmark in tableware since 1830. The prestigious goldsmith designed our famous duck press, which is essential to the recipe for Caneton Frédéric Delair, while the historic Rubans collection, created in 1907, adorns the restaurant’s tables, among many other pieces. During our work, Christofle once again put its expertise at our service to restore all our silverware.
Checking the quality of the silver plating, polishing and cleaning: Christofle mobilised the expert hands of its craftsmen in Yainville to breathe new life into the Tower’s silverware in a vintage spirit. Each piece has been restored to its former glory, without losing any of its soul or history. The shared heritage of our two houses, ambassadors of French savoir-vivre, proudly spans the generations.
