Bar des Maillets d’Argent x Maison Camus

The fifth generation of the cognac producing family, Cyril Camus continues the legacy and passion of his predecessors at the helm of Maison Camus while constantly seeking to innovate. An ambition reminiscent of that of André Terrail. Third generation at the head of La Tour d’Argent, he chooses the century-old know-how of the family House for one of his most daring projects of this reopening : to create the best Cognac bar in Paris.

– In addition to a rich collection of old cognacs, the complex “Bar des Maillets d’Argent” cognac is its flagship creation. An exclusive blend created by Julie Landreau, cellar master of the Cognac House, its bottle is designed by the artisans of the Ateliers Camus and features the colours of the Maillets d’Argent, in tribute to Claude Terrail’s polo team, and the number 4, worn on his jersey. It is served with an ice cube stamped with the Tour d’Argent coat of arms, in an uninhibited way. A signature cocktail menu with contemporary notes, “L’Expérience Camus”, sublimates this custom-made cognac.
