For Mother’s Day, Le Boulanger de la Tour presents a limited-edition entremets that is fresh, fruity, and delicate.

It is composed of a Breton shortbread biscuit, a light raspberry mousse, a rhubarbraspberry insert, poached rhubarb, and fresh raspberries.

Available only on Saturday 30 and Sunday 31 May, in an individual format (€8.50) or to share (€45), this creation is a celebration of indulgence and family togetherness
