Our organic focaccia with turmeric, sunflower and sesame seeds, created by our Head Baker Kévin Derpierre, is made with organic T65 flour, liquid sourdough, olive oil and a touch of fleur de sel to enhance its flavour. Meticulously made in our bakery, this pretty, round, bright yellow loaf will delight your taste buds with its softness, ultra-light crumb and crunchy sunflower seeds. The ultimate bread, it is also served at gourmet tables and accompanies our exceptional dishes.
