Last Friday, the restaurant La Tour d’Argent celebrated Valentine’s Day with an evening filled with refinement and romance. In the majestic setting of the Restaurant, overlooking the sparkling lights of Paris, lovers experienced an unforgettable culinary journey, brought to life through the creations of Chef Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and head of the Maison’s kitchens.
For this occasion, a six-course menu, specially designed for the event, paid tribute to La Tour’s iconic recipes, reinterpreted with indulgence and finesse. Each dish, poetically named, invited guests on a gastronomic voyage under the sign of romance.
The elegance of the evening was also reflected in this year’s menu, illustrated by Vincent Boudgourd, whose playful and whimsical universe perfectly captured the spirit of this unique moment.
