To celebrate the arrival of the warm season, Pastry Chef Mourad Timsih unveils a new inspired creation: Framboise Tulameen. This dessert showcases raspberries in all their nuances, combining a light toasted coconut mousse, a tangy sorbet, fresh Tulameen raspberries, and a touch of basil for freshness. A subtle balance of sweetness and brightness, now available on the restaurant’s menu.
