La Tour on a journey to Mexico !
For the very first time in its history, La Tour d’Argent is traveling to Mexico for a gastronomic week at the heart of Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. From October 1st to 5th, 2025, Chef Yannick Franques will take over the kitchens of restaurant Bajel, led by Executive Chef Alonso Vidal, and present a menu inspired by some of La Tour d’Argent’s most iconic recipes — such as the Œuf Mystère, the André Terrail Pike Quenelles, and a Duck Pie — all reinterpreted through the flavors of Mexico.

The terrace of la Rôtisserie d’Argent is back !
For the summer season, our terrace is back on the Pont de la Tournelle. To toast in front of Notre-Dame, our bar team has created a brand-new signature cocktail: Ginette à Paris. Refreshing and delicately aromatic, it combines basil-infused Gin Gardener, Gauloise Verte, verjus, sugar syrup, and sparkling water. A light and thirst-quenching creation, designed to be savored al fresco — the perfect embodiment of a Parisian summer.
