Rock & wine event on Le Toit de la Tour
On June 10th, the first live concert was held on the Roof of the Tower, a festive evening marked by music and conviviality. To animate the evening, the Grapeful Dead band – formed by passionate winemakers from the northern Rhône Valley, bound by nearly 20 years of friendship – were the guests of honor. As dedicated to their love of wine as they are to their passion for music, they delivered an exceptional performance, immersing our guests in a festive and relaxed atmosphere under the Parisian sky.

A signature dish of the house, our half French Label Rouge chicken is slowly roasted in the Rôtisserie d’Argent’s traditional rotisserie. Chef Romuald Sinnan enhances it with a silky potato mousseline and a rich, glossy jus.
