This cocktail combines the smoothness of coconut with the strength of rum, balanced by a splash of soda water for a hint of freshness. A tribute to Rubirosa's elegance and vibrant spirit, as a lover of life and limitless celebration, this subtle cocktail is served daily from 6 p.m. in the cozy ambiance of the Bar des Maillets d'Argent.
