Blending tradition with innovation, Kevin Derpierre, head of the bakery at Boulanger de la Tour, unveils an exclusive creation in homage to the craft: the "sarment baguette" with toasted cereals (organic), requiring a 24-hour fermentation.

Created by our Head Bartender, the Schiaparelli pays tribute to the boldness and refinement of Elsa Schiaparelli, a fashion icon and guest at a legendary dinner at La Tour d’Argent in 1949, alongside emblematic figures like Chanel, Dior, and Balenciaga. This unique cocktail combines the floral and tangy notes of hibiscus soda, the herbal richness of Aptekarsky aquavit, and the subtle sweetness of Cocchi Americano Rosa. A harmonious and elegant blend, echoing the avant-garde spirit and distinctive style of this mythical figure.
