La Tour d’Argent takes flight to Hanoï : an exceptional gastronomic week
As part of La Tour en Balade – a culinary journey across France's best tables and addresses launched in 2022 in celebration of the most extensive renovation in the restaurant's history – our Executive Chef and one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Yannick Franques, along with our Director of Food and Beverage, Stéphane Trapier, and several members of their team will head to Hanoi for an exceptional gastronomic week. This event will take place at the Beaulieu restaurant, located in the heart of the iconic Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, from October 23 to 27.

On October 14, 2024, La Tour d'Argent had the honor of participating in the prestigious event "L'Excellence Gastronomique," held at the Pavillon Gabriel in Paris. Enjoy an afternoon blending literature and indulgence in the intimate and warm atmosphere of the Bar des Maillets d’Argent. On November 2nd, for this second edition, we are delighted to welcome Gabrielle Vizzavona, a wine and spirits expert, journalist, and speaker, who will share insights from her latest book "Petit Eloge du Vin" and read a few excerpts. Her Petit Eloge du Vin is a rich and delightful collection of anecdotes, oenological explanations, and personal reflections—often funny, touching, and sometimes sharp—about the wine world in which she has been immersed for nearly fifteen years.
