As part of the "La Tour en Balade" gastronomic journeys initiated in 2022, La Tour d’Argent continues its tradition of culinary exploration by welcoming a renowned chef for an exclusive collaboration. On March 7 and 8, the Parisian institution will host Helena Puolakka, head chef of Savoy Helsinki, for an exceptional four-hands dinner alongside Chef Yannick Franques, Meilleur Ouvrier de France and executive chef of La Tour d’Argent.
