La Tour d’Argent takes flight to Hanoï : an exceptional gastronomic week
As part of La Tour en Balade – a culinary journey across France's best tables and addresses launched in 2022 in celebration of the most extensive renovation in the restaurant's history – our Executive Chef and one of the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France, Yannick Franques, along with our Director of Food and Beverage, Stéphane Trapier, and several members of their team will head to Hanoi for an exceptional gastronomic week. This event will take place at the Beaulieu restaurant, located in the heart of the iconic Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi, from October 23 to 27.

Le Boulanger de la Tour celebrates world bread day !
On October 16th, bakers and enthusiasts around the world will celebrate World Bread Day. Blending tradition with innovation, Kevin Derpierre, head of the bakery at Boulanger de la Tour, unveils an exclusive creation in homage to the craft: the "sarment baguette" with toasted cereals (organic), requiring a 24-hour fermentation.
