Celebrate summer with our Pastry Chef Mourad Timsih's latest seasonal dessert centered around strawberries. This new creation features mint cream, strawberries marinated in a strawberry syrup infused with mint harvested from the Rooftop Garden, Mara des Bois sorbet, and crunchy caramel tuiles.
